Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, delivery delays, refusal of delivery, or any other reason.

Exchanges are only permitted if you receive an incorrect item.

If you believe you received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed

delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photo of the shipping label

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • If the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
  • We reserve the sole right to determine eligibility for exchange.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
