1. Use of Website
By using this site, you confirm that:

• You will not misuse the website or violate any applicable laws.
• You will provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Product Information
All jewelry pieces are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However:
• Colors or details may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Handmade or customized items may have minor natural variations.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.
We accept:
• PayPal
• Major credit cards
• Other payment methods offered at checkout
Skydeer Gallery may change prices at any time. Orders already placed will not be affected.
4. Shipping Policy
By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms:
Canada
• Free Shipping
• Delivery: 3-5 business days
USA
• $12.99 CAD flat rate
• Delivery: 5-7 business days
International
• $19.99 CAD flat rate
• Delivery: 10–15 business days
Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.
Customs duties & taxes: Customers are responsible for any import fees their country may charge.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Skydeer Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of jewelry products, all sales are final unless:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• You receive the wrong product.
If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Approved by our customer support team
Shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.
6. Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after checkout.
Because of this, cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as:
• Payment issues
• Product availability
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity

All photos, designs, text, logos, and products on Skydeer Gallery are the exclusive property of Skydeer Gallery.
