Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Canada: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

United States: Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after the order has been shipped.

International: Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after shipment. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, Skydeer Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of approved returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
